President Obama signed his landmark health care overhaul, the most expansive social legislation enacted in decades, into law on Tuesday. Mr. Obama signed the measure, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, during a festive and at times raucous ceremony in the East Room of the White House. This can affect our country because, with this bill we can have a payable health care insurance.

This can impact our country and affect it because people around the world have to come to an agreement and be able for the bill to be passed so that we can have good health payments.
