When major companies declared that the new health care would hurt earnings, Democrats were skeptical. House Democrats have concluded that the companies were right to tell the investors and the government about the expected effects on the financial law. This can affect our country because when someting happens, it can affect our lives and can change our finance and health care.

American consumers, who spent a year watching Congress scratch over sweeping health care legislation, can now try to figure out what the overhaul would mean for them. The legislation is meant to provide coverage for as many as 32 million people who have been shut out of the market. House Democrats approved a far-reaching overhaul of the nation’s health system, voting over Republican opposition to provide medical coverage to tens of millions of uninsured Americans after an epic political battle that could define the differences between the parties for years. This can affect our country because they agreed & approved now we can all be equal & pay the same amount for health care insurance.
